HEY... I wear a path to my pizza! It's harder than it looks.
Am I the only old person here who works out /exercises a lot? NO!!!! I don't mean exercising by going back and forth to the table to get more pizza.
I walk about 3 miles a day and when the weather gets a little cooler, I'll also be riding my bicycle 5-6 miles a few times a week. I do pushups and sit-ups daily, just trying to stay in some sort of shape.
I exercise my fifth amendment right.
I don't really need to exercise :/ it's because I don't eat, really... But when I do eat, I walk. :3
I exercised until about a year ago but am no longer able. Now I just ride an exercise bike and walk a couple of kilometres a day.
Like most folks in my age group we walk outside in good weather on a treadmill in bad weather. I lift weights a few times a week. I also play tennis when I can find someone willing to play (and be defeated). I swim at the "Y" twice a week.
