I plan on running track, swimming and eventually playing football. If I do these sports while eating properly do you think I could expect some weight loss and muscle gain? I'm already pretty built.

You said you're already pretty built? Well, yeah, doing those things would help strengthen your muscles and maintain a healthy weight but don't overwork yourself ;) Like you said, you still need to eat properly and you need to give yourself some time to rest as well..

True but I'm self conscious of my body even though people say I look fine.

That's because it's your body :) I'm self conscious about my body, face, hair, etc.. And people tell me I look fine. It's normal, I guess. You probably do look fine, from your description, you sound very healthy and well, perfect, I guess. Don't worry :)
