If you are serious I would suggest you do what I have done. Firstly use your common sense. It will take longer to lose the weight than it took to put it on.

Cut your food portions in half starting now. Do your absolute best to avoid fried and processed food. Start some sort of exercise.

Walk five minutes at first then increase the walk in time and distance by small increments each day. You will build stamina and begin to lose weight. If possible don't weigh yourself, if you must only do it once a week in the morning. You will begin to feel slightly empty or light. Do not succumb to the temptation to over eat. You can do it.

I know how you feel trying to lose weight. It seems like it is impossible to do. You hear of those weight loss stories how they  Iost x amount of weight on program y.  It does get old, believe me.  Talking with a few friensds and doctors about this, most of them say walking is the best way to start, just a little a day.  Science proves that it takes 21 straight days of doing a event before it becomes a habit, which I have found out it is true.  I went from 370 to 250 once and have kept it off.  Pick your exercise and do a little a day, even if it is only a couple of minutes each day, but do it until it becomes habit.  Then keep increasing the time each day as things get easier.

The next thing is to watch how you cook and what you cook.  Do some research on weight loss foods.  There are many articles on the internet that supply information on weight loss foods or that will speed up your metabolism.

But there are many more.

Do some deep breathing exercise to get the lung capacity up.  More air usually means more energy and you wont wear out so fast.

Just a few tips that worked for me.  Good Luck!
