Age and build also factor in. Many of my friends are about the same height (5'4") as I am. Some weighed as little as 105 lbs., and some as much as 140 lbs.. All were healthy for their frames and body types. I have a bigger frame and can carry 130 lbs. Easily. I have a friend who has a small frame and small build and 105 lbs. Has been a healthy weight for her. I have friends who are athletes and are solid muscle who weigh 140. If you really want to know what weight you should be, talk to your doctor.
