According to the American Diabetes Association and Heart Association around 113-133 ponds give or take. But the main idea is to be healthy. Everything else will fall into balance with a balanced diet and exercise. Follow the food pyramid this helped my friend to lose weight and gain it when needed in a safe healthy manner.
