I weigh 230lbs Lean Muscle Athletic Build - and I'm 6'5" - With Your Height, I would Exercise, Eat Good and Try and Maintain a Good Healthy Weight of 225lbs - The Doctors Charts Are Way Off - For Some Reason, They Seem To Think We Should Way Much Less, Which Would Make Us Look VERY Skinny. I Like Having More of That Solid Athletic Build.
