Don't go.
At first it's hard to motivate yourself because you don't see the changes right away, but I've been going for a month now on a mass building diet, and working hard every day in the gym and my body feels amazing! Not only that but I already notice a difference, my body is more defined now and it feels amazing to see the results and know your hard work was worth it oh and yes u need good music to blast! It helps a lot!
I must admit, sometimes it can be hard to even commit to going to the gym on a regular basis. Especially when you don't have a lot of energy and you're tired. Some days I have to force myself to go even when I'd rather be at home watching tv. I don't know if you have this problem, but sometimes I avoid the gym because I feel self conscious. What I always say to people is the hardest part of working out is actually starting. Once you're in the gym and after you've finished a workout, you feel so much better. That's why you hear some people say they hate working out but love the feeling they get afterwards. Back to your question, to make your time in the gym more enjoyable, I suggest listening to music or audio book. That's what I do and it makes the time go by faster. Once you start going to the gym consistently, you'll also start to meet people who you can talk to.
What do you mean! ?
The only way you can enjoy yourself in gym is to focus on the only purpose you got there in the first place, doing your work out. Doing work out is the only thing that must cheer you up there.
If you have problem with little communication with people there or the musics they play.
1.Bring headset and set your own music.
2.Create a home gym so you don't have to go out in a club.
Pull up a chair. Watch TV. Bring snacks.
Bring your headphones and play some music. Blast it, get yourself psyched. It makes it easier, I promise. :3
You must need to visit gym on regular basis, if it is near to your home, it will work as motivation for you. The most off-putting thing for gym goers is perhaps gathering energy to reach gym and if it it’s near your home, you can simply walk in to gain double fitness points.
I read that the best thing to keep in mind is that our bodies are designed to move around and engage in regular physical activity. A sedentary life-style is harmful to our health. And there is no vitamin, medicine, food, or surgical procedure that can replace our need to remain active. Also, we must all face the fact that an adequate exercise routine, whether moderate or vigorous, whether done in short installments or longer sessions, requires time. Just as we make the time for eating and sleeping, it is vital that we also make the time to remain physically active. This involves self-discipline and good personal organization.
There is no hassle-free exercise program. However, the inconveniences and sacrifices involved in maintaining an active life-style pale into insignificance when compared with the life-threatening dangers of an inactive life-style. Stay active, break a sweat now and again, work those muscles—you might live a healthier and longer life! :)
Remind yourself of the benefits. And listen to some music during. Come up with different workouts everyday to keep yurself from boring yourself out. And give yourself a small treat (NOT chocolate) afterwards to congratulate yourself on small efforts.
