Maybe, but you should give it 9 months- wait and see.

If you are old enough to be engaged, then you are old enough to understand how your body works. If your fiancé "did it inside you every chance he had", and neither one of you gave a thought to using birth control then congratulations are in order.

If you don't want to have sex with him, just tell him no.  If you are willing to engage in sexual activity without using birth control, then pregnancy will be in your future. Get a pregnancy test, use it first thing in the morning for accuracy and then if it's negative, you get yourself to your doctor for proper birth control.

Any time you have unprotected sex, there's a chance you'll get pregnant.  Please stop having sex until you know what you're doing.

I guess you will be having a dual shower. A bridal and baby shower.

But to answer your question, there are other things that can cause you to be late. Stress, diet, infection. The best thing to do is go to the store and get a pregnancy test and take it. After that make a doctor's appointment. If you are pregnant you need to start taking care of yourself and your baby. If you aren't then you need to find out if you have an infection, (Which can most definitely happen with an increase in sexual activity introducing more bacteria to your system.) or if maybe there is a hormonal imbalance and why.
