I'm good at keeping myself calm and in control of me. I'm useless in helping others.

Most times, yes. I can keep control of my emotions when needed.

Most of the time .... But sometimes, I've been known to lose it.  :)

Totally depends on the type of the crisis.

But mostly yes. I can control my emotions and quickly decide what's needed, how it should be done and who should do what! Sometimes automatically i take things under control under my own management specially when most people around me are lost it.

Ya. I kind of panic especially when my baby gets hurt. I had a wonderful boss that told me when my son got into wrestling in junior high - DO NOT RUN ONTO THE MAT IF HE GETS HURT. WAIT FOR THE COACH TO SIGNAL YOU.

So, he gets lifted into the air by a guy way bigger than he was and slammed to the ground - like they do on the wrestling shows. I got to my feet, ready to run. The whole gym got quiet. The coach from the other team, along with our coach went to see if my son was okay.

Cheers went up when my son opened his eyes and got slowly to his feet. I sat down feeling like I had run a marathon.
