If you feel pain in your shoulder, lower your arm until the pain subsides. The goal is to be able to pull your right arm across your chest without feeling any pain. Hold for 30-60 seconds then relax and repeat with your left arm. Repeat 3-5 times.
Relax the left ear to the left shoulder. Lean left until you feel a gentle stretch in the right side of your neck and top of your shoulder (above). Breathe and relax bothshoulders away from the ears keeping your heart lifted. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds and repeat on the opposite side.
