Don't be so hard on yourself. Like new years resolutions "promises" to self don't always work out the way you had hoped. Reality kicks in as the thrill wears off. Anyways do little things to change like giving up chocolate would help you lose weight and possibly help eliminate some of the acne. Look at yourself in the mirror and focus on telling yourself what it is you like about yourself. Believe me when I say..... Confidence is what shows. If you are confident then others will see what you are hoping to accomplish.
Help-promised self id be healthier/prettier as senior.Yes-naive to think could drastically change looks in 2 months.Need to lose weight,clean up acne,change wardrobe.Don't know where to start&need followthrough til end.Open-any suggestion/criticism?
All of those things take time, but there are some things you can do while you're working on your goals. Proactiv has helped lots of teens with acne problems. You can stop by the makeup counter at the mall and get some free makeover tips. Also, try to pick figure flattering outfits. If you can find a friend to join you in this journey, it will more fun and help both of you.
