had issue which is reoccurring has been constant for 3 days now. muscle spasms in the center of my chest sometimes causing slight numbness to right side of chest, mild weakness to my right arm. no pain just doesn’t feel right?

You really shouldn't take chances, best to go see a doctor.

If you are still alive tomorrow, I suggest you go to an urgent care clinic and get a first opinion.

I would seek emergency medical attention at the local hospital the symptoms do not sound good and it could be any thing going on.
