I have braces but I brush my teeth only right before I go to bed. There would be roughly 11-12 hours between when I first eat and when I brush my teeth. I'm afraid of cavities and plaque. I sometimes do mouthwash during the day. Should I be worried?

Hello little Kitty!! It’s good to see you.

You should definitely brush your  teeth at least twice a day. Morning and night!

Mouthwash is good in between brushing and don’t forget to floss when you can.

I would think your fine but i think they recommend brushing your teeth after each meal and at bedtime. They say to make sure that you floss too if you can . I don't floss much but do try brushing my teeth as much as possible i have thinning gum lines so i got to be careful.
