Should I Brush My Gums?

If you properly brush your teeth then you will be brushing(stimulating) your gums as well.  Watch this video. =)

you really don't need to actually place your tooth brush up under your lips on that part of your gums.  But when you brush with small circles like the hygienist demonstrated you are stimulating the small triangled areas of your gums that have plaque trapped in them.  This is an important thing to know. So you can clean them properly.

Make sure to floss too.  Floss the teeth you want to keep, thats all I'm goin to say =)

Yes! I do! Just do it slow and easy though so you don't cut your gum's! That's happened to me before! I would brush too fast and it would cut my gum's! :-)
