Take everything out of your closet. Look at each item. If it is something you still wear, hang it back up. If you don't wear it anymore, why not? If it is in good shape fold it and put it in a pile to be donated. If it is ripped or stained, toss it. If it is missing a button or some other easy fix, make a pile to be fixed. As you hang things back up, do it in an orderly way. All shirts together by color, same for skirts, dresses and pants. Next do the same thing with your dresser.
If you have elderly neighbors who are staying inside, volunteer to mow or rake their yard.
Learn something new. If you don't know how to sew, now would be a good time to learn how to mend clothes. (Since you have cleaned out your closet, you should have a few things to learn on.)
If your mom isn't busy, ask her to start teaching you things you will need in life. Like balancing a checkbook. If you don't know how to do laundry learn that. Same with cooking.
Now is the time to do the things you've been putting off for ages! I know I have. Lot's of things to do! From reading books to making a vegetable garden. Hang in there.
