- Drink a glass of water- Water will take up space in your stomach, space that would otherwise be occupied by food. Every time you start feeling nervous, follow it up with a nice large glass of water.
- Plan ahead and stock up- Snacking on healthier food will obviously help the situation. Why not pre-empt your nervous eating and stock your fridge with carrot, celery sticks, and cucumber? This might not help tackle the original problem, but it will ensure that the repercussions on your health are thwarted.
