Not a chance. O+ blood is adaptable to any blood type. I'm not a doctor, I am A+ and my husband is O+ , similar to your situation, just reversed, and we have 4 kids. All happy and healthy.  A woman with a positive blood type of any kind, should have no trouble conceiving regardless of her partner's blood type. Good luck!
