This isn't necessarily a sign of pregnancy as it is experienced by most non-pregnant women as part of their normal monthly cycle. However, this doesn't mean that you are not pregnant as all women are different and will experience differing symptoms. Only an individual woman knows their own body well enough to know what is normal for them and so if you feel something is different, it is always best to take a pregnancy test or make an appointment to see your GP. This will put your mind at rest if nothing else.
It is important to take note of whether there have been any other unusual feelings or symptoms present since the discharge was experienced. These symptoms could more strongly indicate possible pregnancy or could help the GP to diagnose any other problems. Possible early signs of pregnancy include achy or heavy feeling breasts, feeling of exhaustion, feeling nauseous or sick, being extremely irritable, a strange metallic taste in the mouth, skin changes (more oily or dry than usual) and achy joints. As previously mentioned these symptoms are more likely to indicate pregnancy than discharge, however some people can get through a whole pregnancy without experiencing any of these to a noticeable extent.
Obviously the most obvious sign of pregnancy is a missed period. Again all people are different and some women can experiences spotting right through pregnancy and in rare cases can continue to have what appear to be monthly periods (although these would usually be lighter than normal). All in all, if you are ever worried it is worth taking a test just to put your mind at ease.
