Nope! It is very impossible that you'll get pregnant when you swallow semen considering the anatomical location and connection of our reproductive organ such as ovaries which produces ova to be fertilized by sperm cells. When you swallow the semen, it would just pass our gastrointestinal tract and there is no way that it can enter into the reproductive tracts, thus would not result to pregnancy!
