The colour of the eyes that a baby would have is determined by genetic factors. These genetic factors are also responsible for our individual characteristics like the colour of our hair and eyes and several such features. I do not believe that you can determine the colour of the eyes of an unborn baby. The eye colour does not have a strict or predetermined pattern of inheritance. But most likely the baby would have the eye colour of one of its parents.
The eye colour which has a dominant gene is likely to be inherited by the baby. But as yet it is not possible to decide the eye colour that your baby would have until it is born. But at times it has also been seen that even when both parents possess a certain eye colour the eyes of the baby might be different because the baby might inherit somebody else's eye colour in the family from either side.
