The healthy weight at 5 feet tall is 100 pounds and every inch after that is 5 more pounds
Girl 12
I am 5 feet tall, 15 , and 112 pounds
I'm 16years old, mixed german and malaysian, 5 feet 8 inches and have been 65 kg for the past 2 years.
You should also have written your sex and age in your question because below 18 years of age, height and weight scale has different calculations while after 18 years it is different. Weight can be different for girl and boys, male and female at same age and height. If you are a female of over 18 years of age then your weight should be 50.80-54.43 Kg or 112-120 pounds. If you are male of over 18 with an height of five feet then your weight should be 60-65 Kg.
I would have to say being 135 lbs & 5 feet tall is overweight. I am 25, about 5'1" & I am 87-90 lbs (depending on that time of the month), sometimes I am a little lower but that's the general area I stay naturally. I am very tiny, but not sickly looking. I have a friend who is around 115 & is 4'11" & she is definitely "curvy". Not to fret though some are built a little more muscular which could account for being heavier on the scale, but if that's not the case w/you, weightloss will be good for your health & when you're short every pound lost is a little more noticeable (sadly the same goes for gaining). Good luck! :)
You should weight about 108 pounds or 49 kilograms.
I'm 16 and I weigh 108 at 5 feet tall and I look pretty average. As long as your healthy it shouldnt matter though
Yes. Thats how much a person 5'4" should weigh. I'd say you shouldnt be no more 115 pounds.
I am 16 years old, 5 ft. + 130 lbs is that overweight? As I have currently been on a diet for the past 4-5 months. And used to weigh around 10st'4lbs???
