They can usually continue to grow after first period for another couple of years after that. Eat right and get plenty of rest. Drink a lot of Water. Hydrate and Rest. Two key ingredients!!! Good Luck!

I continued to grow into my 20's after I'd already had 3 kids. Some girls don't get a lot taller, but some do. It has to do more with genetics than with your period. How tall are your parents? What was your 2 year old height? Those will be better things to judge your finished height.
Generally they stop growing 2 to 3 years after there first period. But the main growth spurt happens just prior to that. Hope that helps, I have been researching it quiet extensively. ;-)
My mum says I will stop growing taller but I hope not because I am still only 150cm!!! I want to be at least 20cm taller!
Woaa!! Lol they start to develop more when they are in there period, they don"t stop growing yet.
