A cup of skimmed milk is worth 2 points on the Weight Watcher's scale.

Whilst this might not seem like a whole lot, milk is one of those things I can drink until the cows come home!

That's why, whenever I'm back on the Weight Watcher's diet, I tend to switch milk for some hot water with a wedge of lemon in it.

How many points does milk have on the Weight Watchers scale?
I like going on Weight Watchers for a couple of weeks and then taking a break and eating normal food for a few weeks - as I find that alternating like this makes it easier to get through the times when I have to regulate myself.

When I am on the diet, I use an online calculator to workout how many points things are worth. (I was worried that doing all that maths would be too much for me - my grades in maths at school weren't very impressive - but actually it's pretty simple!)

You just look at the nutritional information on the side of the carton or packet, and put the numbers into the relevant boxes on the website.

It does all the maths for you - and that way, you can feel depressed at just how much you've gone overboard (or rejoice in your ability to stick to your limitations)!
