The drug Mali, more commonly called Molly, is pure MDMA.  The name Molly is an abbreviation of molecular.  It is a white or off-white crystalline powder and is usually sold in a gelatine capsule.  It has no accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse.

MDMA is a synthetic, psychoactive drug.  It has both stimulant and psychedelic properties.  It was first synthesized by a German company in 1912 and has been available as a street drug since the 1980s.  Street names for MDMA include Ecstasy, E, XTC and Love Drug.  It is most often available in tablet form and is usually ingested orally.

Short-term experiential effects of MDMA can include physical and mental euphoria, increased sociability, increased empathy, reduced insecurity and enhanced tactile sensations.  Longer-term effects include the comedown (lowered mood or even depression), increased stress and anxiety, and other negative emotions.

The potential of MDMA to produce addiction is controversial.  The general consensus is that users typically end up abandoning MDMA for drugs more suitable to addictive behavior.

The drug Molly is described as extremely dangerous as it is manufactured and marketed as a more intense form of Ecstasy.  The physical effects can include dehydration, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, heart failure and increased body temperature.  It has similar stimulant effects to Ecstasy and, taken in larger doses, it promotes hallucinogenic reactions.

Although Molly is high purity in theory, it can be cut with other substances or even be something completely different.  The only way to establish the purity of a substance is by using specialist lab equipment.  As with all drugs, exercise caution.

Mali (or "Molly") is a form of ecstasy. However, drug dealers "market" it as a purer and less dangerous form of ecstasy. This is because ecstasy is often cut with other chemicals such as meth, coke, etc.

What is the drug mali? How dangerous is it?
Mali is supposed to be pure and natural but I'd say it's still not the best idea to take it. I watched the following clip and it made me realize that actually there are some pretty serious risks with taking Mali too.

Mali" or "Molly" is the slang term for pure MDMA, the main ingredient in the club drug Ecstacy. Mental and physical euphoria, jaw-clenching, grinding of the teeth, nausea and increased heart rate and increased blood pressure are just some effects.

Molly is pure MDMA, as opposed to ecstasy which can be cut with other chemicals, some of which can be harmful to your body. Molly is much cleaner and more pure than ecstasy.

It is pure MDMA which is the active ingredient in Ecstasy. People usually have it in white powder form. Ecstasy is MDMA and other drugs like cocain or meth combined.

Mali is just another name for the drug DMT except that it is not pure DMT, it is usually cut with smaller traces of other hard drugs.

Ive never heard DM called mali, mali is a pure form of ecstacy with no hard drugs combined with it. Usually stays in your system for 1-4 days depending on several factors ie: How much you took, age, etc...
