No. I had a lot of blood clots large one like the size of quarters and half dollars when I was not expecting or not close to expecting. I had this problem from 7th grade on,( I started my period when I was in the 5th grade) and even before I had sex I had that large of clots. But if you suspect a miscarriage you can always take a home pregnancy test most will show the hormone chemical if you were pregnant it would show up in a blood test for sure, but I wouldn't put myself through that unless you are ttc and might be worried about miscarriage problems.
