Many women feel that the symptoms of pregnancy are decreasing after some time. In some cases this might be a sign of miscarriage too however it is not same in every body's case.

The tenderness of the breasts, feeling dizzy and nauseated, tiredness which are all some of the symptoms of pregnancy can stop occurring if a woman has undergone a miscarriage. This usually happens in the first trimester and a woman may not feel she has lost the baby until she starts getting a pain in her uterus.

However, until and unless a woman does not feel massive pain and cramps in her uterus and stomach, she should not worry about having a miscarriage. If bleeding also results after some time then she should definitely consult her doctor.

All women have different types of pregnancy experiences and some will extreme symptoms of pregnancy and some will not experience symptoms at all. This is why regular check up with the doctor is very important.

If a woman feels there is a decrease in the symptoms of pregnancy and its frequency then she should get her Beta HCG level test which will let her know exactly what the situation is. It is a test which reveals the hormonal changes in the body.

Usually a miscarriage happens in the first trimester so doctors recommend being very careful. It is important to get a check up done by a gynecologist and monitor the baby's heart beat, if it is normal or not.

Hi there,
I would advice to always see your doctor when your body is worrying you If you have been healthy in your pregnancy and previous to becoming pregnant I think your doctor will just reassure you on your worry.
I will suggest to you what might be the cause but please see your doctor as no one but him will be able to rule anything out.I think as you are so early in your pregnancy what you are experiencing is morning sickness along with the stretching of the womb that could be the cramping feeling, and the morning sickness does not just happen in the morning it can happen all day or in the evening or after some meals and not others.I do not think you are having a miscarriage as this will have some spotting or some kind of bleed. All people are different and some women more delicate than others when pregnant,I have 3 children have had morning sickness with all 3,all mothers will tell you different stories and they will all make your story look like a walk in the park compared to their story.I think once you are into your 3rd month of pregnancy the sickness should ease up,try and drink lost of water and not very strong tasting foods as these can have an adverse reaction to your nausea.I think you should see your doctor first thing Monday and I am confident he will tell you that you and your baby are ok.
Congratulations and good luck.
