If you are male, it abolutely depends on how much muscle mass you have. I am the same height at 180 lbs and my personal trainor is the same height at 225lbs, even more muscle! However, if you are female or a male with no muscle tone, at these weights you would be considered obese. If you are already heavier, I would focus on turning that weight into muscle, not loosing weight. There are the anti muscle people out there, but men need muscle.
Unless you are very muscular you are a bit overweight at 167lbs.
