Its not over weight I'm 5''5 and I weigh ten stone I can be ten stone ten before I'm classed as over weight , this is the heaviest iv been as I'm usually 9 stone but put on a stone over the summer(too many parties not enough exercise) I'm on a diet now I only want to lose half a stone though because it was at 9 stone 7 I felt my best,ten stone is certainly not over weight but if you don't feel comfortable in your skin losing even a couple of pounds will make you feel better about your self xx
