Process during which egg and sperm meet is called fertilization. A lady can not feel this process. If fertilization take place then fertilized egg takes 7-10 days to implant himself in the uterus. After this time, pregnancy test becomes positive in blood and urine. So, if a sexually active lady has missed her periods on due dates then she should get pregnancy test.
