Think about the question you're asking. You had sex. Let's just say you were ovulating at the time and one of your eggs was penetrated by one sperm. You've gone from a one celled object to a two celled object. The two celled object then becomes a four celled object. The embryo now implants on the wall of the uterus. Technically, you became pregnant when the sperm penetrated the egg. I don't think you'll feel any signs of pregnancy for a few days to weeks, and many women don't even know they are pregnant until they suddenly realize "hey! I'm two weeks late!," Or, "hey! I'm two months late!" I just don't think the body is sensitive enough to "Feel pregnant" until things have been moving merrily along for a few weeks. But, on the other hand, there are many women who will tell you they "knew", at the instant of conception, that they were pregnant. I felt that way with my son; not with my daughters. So I guess my answer would be maybe, maybe not. Not a good answer, I know. But a true one.
I think you can 'sense it'. I knew the date and time of my first conception, and now with number 2 on the way, I sensed fertilisation and implantation.... Even though I'm not sure how, as its all a bit scientifically impossible... But the mind is a powerful thing... And some folks are just more sensitive than others to this type of thing..... Enjoy it, and keep listening to your body! Its a very important skill that you have....
