Hi, I am the daughter of a Mom who is a dietician and a personal trainer. I noticed that a lot of people on this site say they are fat and want to loose weight, well a way you can loose weight is definatly not starving your self, but by making healthier choices like: Taking the stairs instead of elevator, eating wheat bread instead of white, not eating candy and other junky foods that are oily or have a lot of sugar in them (as often), or working out regularly at a YMCA or even running up and down the stairs etc. All of these things are great ways to loose weight with out having to stop eating. I hope this helps those of you looking for a easy way to loose weight. :)
HI, I'm also 13 I'm 5'3'' and I weigh 120 pounds . I was reading over the other answers and noticed that everyone has a different weight ( 13 year olds ) but I would say between 90-140 pounds . It just depends on body frame and height. ( hope I helped )
I'm a 13 year old female and I am 5"3 and weight around 125lb. That might seem a little heavy but I have friends that are much lighter and I'm TWICE as fit as them! That's because a lot of my mass is taken up by the muscle in my body. I personally don't think that weight really matters, as long as you're fit and healthy. If you don't feel that you physical health is very good, then perhaps you should speak to your GP. All of you girls saying 'I weight so-and-so, is that OK?' don't worry! Also, BMI is totally unreliable because it only takes into account your height and weight. To be more accurate, it should take in muscle mass and bust size. I mean, apparently my BMI is slightly above normal but I'm one of the top athletes in my year. There isn't really an average weight, because we all come in different shapes and sizes, no matter what the goverment says!

I just turned 13 too, so for you it would probably depend on your height .I'd say that the average weight for a 13 year old girl is maximum 145 pounds and the least maybe 125 pounds so if your in between that range then your fine but no worries if your not .

I am a 13 year old girl ( as in I turned 13 2 months ago) and I weigh 90 pounds. 88-92. The weird thing is, I don't even have to worry about my weight, I can eat whatever I want without caring. I eat 2 times more than my friend and she is 10 pounds more than me. Weird, right?
I Just turned 13 Also, and I think that we should have to worry about these things at such a young age. If you stay healthy and active you should be happy with your weight whatever it is.
I think around 130 pounds is actually average depending on your height and weight and you all shouldn't worry is your fat or skinny and most of you asking if your overweight arn't by the calculations being skinny isn't great either\ I have a 13 year old brother thats 5'2 and only 85 pounds becoz he eats not a lot coz he's worried about becoming fat.

I think a normal 13 years old should be about 110,so when you stop growing(which will be around 15-18)you will have a normal weight for an adult too which will be around 120(if you do exercise and stay healthy)BELIEVE ME!!!

I'm 13 and I'm 5'2'' and I weigh 121 pounds but I have a frend shes 11 and she weighs 155 pounds ( witch is overweight for her age ) I have never reached 130 pounds all tho my weight has moved around a bit at age 9 I was around 80-89 pounds at age 10 I was 90-95 pounds at age 11 I was about 96-97 pounds at age 12 I was between 100-120 pounds now at age 13 I'm 121 pounds so I'm you can weigh different weights but id say between 95 and 129 pounds 130 + is overweight for a 13 year old but it just depends on your body frame and height.
