Even though this question is posted in the cat information section it seems as if you are asking if a woman can give birth in 35 weeks. The answer to that is a definite yes although a normal pregnancy is 40 weeks (considered full term). Having a baby at 35 weeks there could be issues with the infant due to underdeveloped lungs, etc.
