Yes I just had mine done last week.I'm 35,mine were tied for 15 year's.they were cut, tied and burnd. It cost me 1800 for the doctor, and 400 for the day surgery. My doctor told me it would be easy.Cut off the scar tissue and join them back together.some people say it cost them a lot more then what I paid, maybe its were you leave.I'm in St.Johns Newfoundland.Went to my family doctor, and got a re furl off of him.that was in April.Got my surgery July 7.I'm still a bit sore but it was worth it.Got to go back to see my doctor this thursday to know how everything went. Thats my story. Linda.
Normally during a tubal ligation, they cut the tubes, they tie them and they cauterize (burn) the ends. While anything is possible, it is highly unlikely they would not only have the burned part slough off but that the two ends would grow together and reconnect on their own.
If you wanted to there is another surgery to cut away the damaged tube, if there is enough, and reconnect two viable ends. It is expensive and not always successful. When I had mine repaired 17 years ago it was an 8,000 dollar procedure. Insurance does not cover the procedure. Mine was successful and I had two pregnancies after the procedure. There is an increased risk of a tubal pregnancy after the repair (where the fertilized egg attaches to scar tissue inside the tube) This is dangerous as it is possible for the tube to rupture. A tubal pregnancy needs to be surgically removed before the tube is further damaged.

I was wanting to know if there is a way for me to have a baby after having my tubes done? And is it possible to have a tubal and not know that you have had one. The reason is is that I have went almost three months with out a period and wanted to know if that could have been the problem because I would love to have just one more with out my tubes been untied.
Tubes that have been tied do not come loose. Although they do call it "tied tubes" they are not actually tied as one may think. The following link is from Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center and is quite informative on how pregnancy occurs after a tubal ligation and how the fallopian tubes are "tied".
Can tubes come untied? Can tubes grow back together?
Hope this helps!

Tubal reversal is possible but it depends upon tube ligation procedure. If the tubes were tide then can be untied, if burned or cut partially then pregnancy is still possible with less chances but if the tubes were completely burned or cut then tube reversal is not possible. In such case, test tube is only option.
My tubes are tied and I think I'm pregnant is that possible
Yes it is possible to reverse it if your tubes are tied or cut. But if your tubes are burned then it is impossible to get pregnant again.
Once they have been burned, I believe they can not be reversed. Now if they were just tied I know you could have them put together again.
Hello I live in ga and I am about to get married in june and he wants a baby and I do also but I have had my tubes cut tied and burned so can I have the surgery to have a baby?
They normally don't. But there is no time limit when the odd case does
