I have heard that it is okay to crack your back up until a certain time in your pregnancy. I am a back cracker too. I am trying to find out how far along you have to be until you have to stop. I know once it gets so far that your not supposed to do it anymore because the umbilical cord could get wrapped around the baby's neck. I think that is was around 5 months or something maybe more that you are supposed to stop. So I'm stopping at 5 months to be on the safe side. Good luck with your pregnancy and labor.
