Fertility in men is not dependent on sperm count but it also depend upon alive sperms, motility, fast moving sperms, normal morphology and many other parameters. Normal sperm count is 40 millions per ml and 2-3 ml ejaculate is normal. Motility should be over 60% with 20-30% fast moving with normal morphology.
