When I was little, I had the same problem- the next time you go in to see the paediatrician, ask if your kiddo has a hemangioma. In a nutshell, its basically blood vessels that run too close to the side of the vein, rubbing a tiny hole (causing the nosebleeds). I got a medication for it- I don't remember the name, but it was a gooey gel that you rub into the nose, like a medicated Vaseline.
It could also be dryness- try using a humidifier in her bedroom. Always make her lean forward and pinch the bridge of her nose to stop the bleeding.
Definitely consider taking her to a different paediatrician though- kids have less blood than we do, and it bleeding every day could indicate a disorder, or lead to severe iron deficiency.

There can be a number of causes for nose bleeds in children such as dryness inside the nose during winter, high altitude, cold, allergy, an infection of nose lining or sinusitis, bumps on the nose, something may have pushed up the nose and caused damage to the blood vessels etc. However, everyday nose bleeds are not usual and normal. Your doctor is just playing around. You should consult another doctor because this might cause other health problems in your child.
