Please help me I'm 14 and have had headaches everyday for many years. I've had a MRI done but they found nothing but my diet isn't great. Can someone help me?

Many things could explain that. You may be sensitive to the sun's UV rays, and since almost everyone goes out into the sunlight everyday, we're exposed to these UV rays (to a less degree since we have the Ozone layer, although it's partially depleted.)

Maybe it's people/society that's giving you these headaches? You need to be specific here - what specifically has been bothering you the most recently? If not, has anything been bothering you and been giving you these headaches for these past couple of years?

That's the thing I have no clue, it just happens no matter what I do but it happens around the back left side of my neck

You may have muscle cramps around that area, which can lead to these headaches you're frequently getting. Have you ever found yourself with tensed up muscles from anger/stress? If so, how frequently?

So it happens quite often? Stop doing it. Your frequently tensed muscles are causing the muscle cramps to occur, which leads to recurring headaches. What you can do to prevent it is learn to meditate. Do anything to lower your stress/anger levels, should they take over.

However if that doesn't help, then talk to your doctor about it. And explain everything that's happening so he'll know how to treat your headaches.

I'm really sorry to hear about that. I am not a doctor but usually when I am in any sort of pain I take I take pain medication. I know the name of it I just can't spell it. It does help me though. Maybe you can talk to your doctor about some medication to help the head ache.
