Try sprinkling some ground flax seed on your food. If you grind it real small (like powder) you can sprinkle it on salads, etc., and won't be able to tell the difference. You can also take Fish oil gel capsules and they should lower it as well.
Triglycerides levels and cholesterol's levels are high. Stop taking sugar and sugar containing food and alcohol. The normal level of Triglycerides should be below 150 and also same for chloestrols. Do not take fatty and carbohydrate foods. Go for exercise.
