Triglycerides are basically a type of fat found in Human blood. It is present in Animal Fat and vegetable oil. High levels of Triglycerides are dangerous for humans as they can result in heart diseases and strokes. The normal range for Triglycerides in blood is less than 150mg/dl or less than 1.69 mmol/L. Anything above it will be risky. Your triglyceride count is okey. For reference see the link below:
