Well, first of all, you should know whether you are over-weight or not? You can control the problems of Triglycerides by losing weight (burning calories).
Another thing is that, you should reduce the level of Triglycerides in your blood. For this purpose, you should have food with complex carbohydrate food, instead of simple sugar food. And try to have low fat stuff, instead of high-fat food.
Following is the list of food items that you should include in your diet.

1. Dried beans and peas
2. Pastas and whole grain breads
3. Egg whites
4.skim milk
5.cheese made of skim milk(mozzarella, Parmesan and farmers) 6.yogurt with low fats
7. Fish

Avoid these foods:

1.Cheese, for instance American, cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Swiss cheese
2.Meats, such as luncheon meats, sausages, hot dogs, ribs, and pork
3. Stay away from fried foods
4. Food items with coconut oil, palm oil, palm kernel oil
5. Brown sugar
6: Soft drinks
7. Candies
8. Chocolates
9. Fruit drinks (unfortunately apple juice as well)

I have been told garlic is one of the best things you can take for this lowering technique. Garlic is supposedly the natural antibiotic also so it keeps more than just vampires away! Perhaps this is why the stories that it kept vampires away was based in that people during the plague were thought to have been bitten by vampires and garlic if it is the powerful perhaps stayed the plague?
