It could be medical related but before you see a doctor, a lot of times couples are so excited about trying to get pregnant that it seems to be all they think about and it causes the body to be so stressed that it acts like it is already pregnant, in other words, too much worry = no baby.
Try getting into an activity that both of you like. It could be a simple as riding bikes or anything you enjoy. The trick is to get so involved in your new activity that you actually stop thinking about trying to get pregnant and as soon as you stop TRYING, it just happens. S relax and enjoy each other and who knows maybe sooner than you realize it will happen.
A prayer doesn't hurt either, " Father I ask that you grant this couple the baby they seek. I ask that you prepare their hearts to know you, to come before you and ask you into their hearts, to ask you to forgive them of their sins and ask you to become Lord and saviour over them. Show them that what is impossible with man is possible with God. Take charge oh Lord and bless this family. In Jesus name, Amen.

Talk to your OB. He or she may put you on a drug called Clomid (not sure of the spelling). It helps you ovulate, in which it would be easier to concieve. Sometimes this drug causes cysts but they usually disolve on their own. They may put you on for 3-6 months after that if you do not become pregnant they would refer you to a fertility specialist. I wish you the best of luck.

Well, there can be many reasons behind not getting pregnant and no reason at all. Either one of you can have a problem. It is best if you get a complete checkup from a qualified doctor, as soon as possible so that exact cause can be determined.
