Taking garlic on daily basis can be harmful for a pregnant women. Garlic is useful for thinning of the blood and it can cause excessive bleeding in pregnant women. I suggest avoid garlic as much as possible. A clove or two once a week is enough for a pregnant woman.

Garlic is a natural antibiotic to a lot of new-age medicine and healing practices. Some feel that you can never harm yourself by taking too much however while pregnant there is more than you to think of as such I would suggest you speak with your OBGYN as hopefully you trust this Doctor, they should be able to advise you in what is the best for you and your baby. Good luck!
