1.) Apple Cider Vinegar does not work overnight. You need to take it consistently. If you can stomach it, take a **shot in the morning after you wake and before breakfast and chase it with water. (it is very strong) I suggest drinking at least eight (8) ounces of water behind the vinegar. It will ease the burn and get you closer to your daily water intake requirement. 2.) Take another **shot before lunch and chase with water. 3.) Take another **shot before supper and chase with 8 oz of water.
**Note: A shot is generally 1-1/2 oz but you don't need that much. I suggest at least two (2) tablespoons per serving 3 times a day.

Apple Cider Vinegar (raw and unfiltered with the mother) taken regularly will naturally raise your metabolism and cause you to lose weight over time. You may notice some weight loss in a month or so but the best effect will be noticed 2 0r 3 years down the road when you are 20 or 30 pounds lighter and have kept it off with no extra effort or dieting. ACV has many health qualities and will become quite addictive to you once you are on it for a while and notice how good you feel compared to before. In two weeks you will notice a change in the way you feel. Good luck.

Apple cider vinegar is being used since hundreds of years in many medical condition like weight loss, blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and arthritis etc. It is safe and effective. You should take two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water with one teaspoon of honey before every meal.

Ok. So how much apple cider vinegar does it take to loose weight? That question didn't seem to be answered in the last comment and I was looking for the same answer.

Seems there is still confusion here about how much apple cider vinegar you have to take to lose weight...

To get the weight loss benefits, you don't need all that much... Mix 2 tablespoons into 16 oz of water and drink that between 1-3 times a day...preferably before your meals so that it can help suppress your appetite.

The honey is not required, it's only if you can't stomach the taste otherwise.

Ultimately though, you're not going to lose any weight doing this if you stuff your face with too much food after, so make sure your diet is in check too.

So the question of "how much apple cider do you have to take to lose weight" is assuming that the apple cider in a specific quantity is going to in and of itself cause weight loss, which is NOT the case.

The only thing that will cause weight loss is a calorie deficit.

That means..take your weight, multiply it by 15, whatever you get is the amount of calories you have to eat to maintain your weight.  Eat less calories than this each day and you will lose weight.  500 calories less than this each day = 1 pound lost/week.

This apple cider vinegar is just going to make the process easier, but it is not in and of itself going to magically pull fat off of your body.

If you're serious about losing weight for the long term, you should adopt a proper diet/exercise routine to lose the weight.
