The chemicals in methamphetamine are toxic and not soluble, so it basically sits there in the muscle tissue and causes an abscess. It would be a good idea to get some antibiotics because there have been cases where a person lost an arm or leg due to infection. When injecting, always pull back on your plunger to make sure you have blood return. If blood is in your syringe, you are in a vein. If for some reason you find you are not in the vein and you feel that horrific burn in the muscle area, immediately pull back on your plunger because this will at least get some of the meth back out, causing less damage to the muscle. Hope this helps.
You don't need to do anything. Your tissue will absorb it. But this is not a good practice. I shan't lecture you. But meth being injected is very unsafe. It is easy to overdose.
You should not shoot meth nor anything else other than your insulin if you are a diabetic
