Well, you couldn't remove them yourself, you'd have to have a doctor do it. But it may not cure your snoring. Snoring is caused by a lot of things, including age, body size, allergies, sleeping positions, and more. In the "old days," it was almost routine to remove the adenoids with the tonsils (I had both mine out when I was a child) but I snore like a banshee. There are some easier ways to prevent snoring. Sometimes the "Breath-Rite" strips work for people, and there is a (not obnoxious) dental device that will keep your airway open to help you prevent snoring. I wouldn't rely solely on the adenoid thing, though. Good luck to you. (And the person sleeping with you.)
