What's The Ideal Weight For A 12 Year Old Boy Who Is 4' 11"?

I am 12 and my weight is about 37 kg, and I am at least 4' 11" but I am quite skinny, and I do a lot of sports, how can I bulk myself up a bit?

I am 12 and 4 11 I am fairly skinny but 107.6...I'm a vegetarian so that helps.
