Anything from about 121 to 165 pounds would be healthy for a 20 year old woman whose height is 5 feet 7 inches (that is, 67 inches). Its best you figure your own diet goal, falling in between ranges of medically-recommended weight standards. Remember body fat percentage counts as well.

Body mass index (BMI) as used here indicates a statistical measure recommend of the weight an adult individual scaled as per his/her height. Thus BMI applies not just to men but also to women. On average a BMI value falling between general ranges of 18.5 to 25 ought to indicate optimal weight. However, it has its limitations.

I'd say around 154 - 161lbs! That's around the 11 stone mark. It falls well within the healthy BMI range too.

I am a 49 year old 5ft 7in lady and I weigh 197. If I should lose and weigh 175 is this a good weight for me. In the past I was 155 and I did not like that weight for me.
