If your talking about masturbating, go for it! It DOES NOT HURT ANYTHING and when you are older it also helps to prevent prostate cancer! Sperm will only come out when it is ready and after that if your do not masturbate to release some of it, you will have what they call 'wetdreams' which your body will force older sperm out to make fresh.
