I would recommend you use the night pads from always and the ones that are for heavy periods. Also try to wear underwear that are one size smaller than what you usually wear so they fit a little tighter and when you move at night the pad won't move. I hope this helped you.

If you bleed heavily then it can be problem during night. You can use overnight pads which are of large size and specially made for night. You can also try double pad or you can use tampon and overnight pad together.

You're not supposed to leave a tampon in for more than 4 hours, so it isn't reccomended to sleep with one

Get night time pads, try and sleep on your side, wear tighter undies and sleep with a pillow between your legs.

You can just doucle the padding at night and diffidently wear tighter underwear so it keeps the blood from moving all over the place

Lying on your back also makes you more likely to leak in the night, try sleeping on your side?
