I Drink 2 Tablets Cytotec And 3 Vaginal,but Its Just One Day Got Bleeding,in Two Day Is Just Spot Of Blood?

I took 1 cytotec and 2 vaginally but theres nothing happen can you help how to take proper dosage of cytotec, I'm more than 63 days pregnant.
